I'm originally from British Columbia, Canada but moved from New York to Berlin 10 years ago. When my journey into motherhood began I was faced with some serious health issues around fertility and auto immune disease. I decided it was time to dive deep into the health and wellness world and went back to school to study nutrition at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Since then I have become a certified Health Coach specialising in Hormonal Health. Currently I'm pursuing a career in helping others reach their wellness goals.

What is your favourite travel hack with kids?
For long distances, night flights help, and if that’s not not possible, new games or toys or anything creative. And an external charger. Staying in your time zone also helps a lot.
What do you do for self-care?
A morning routine is crucial for me. For example, first thing every morning I drink a tall glass of water. Self care is something I want to practice everyday so with a routine I'm able to stay on track with my health goals, the ultimate self care. Of course, I also love to make time for pedicures, manicures and sauna sessions as well.
